Here’s how it works, we’ll:

• Give you a questionnaire that will help you identify your wants and needs for the project

• Prepare a project brief for you

• Visit your home or site and conduct a thorough investigation and analysis of the existing conditions

• Get to work researching your local council’s planning requirements and applicable building codes

You’ll get our Design Diagnosis report which includes:

• Your project brief

• Applicable local planning requirements

• Relevant building codes and requirements

• Any legal requirements you should be aware of

• Site analysis that identifies the key constraints and opportunities

• Our opinion of probable costs

• A plan of attack for your next steps

Your Design Diagnosis Report is yours to keep. If you decide to move ahead we’ll use your design diagnosis as the basis for the next steps in the design phase and beyond. You can with us or any other architect.
